1.2 REFUNDABLE ITEMS

You can request a refund for the following products:

  • The customer will be refunded if the following are true about the software: if it fails to execute commands, and if runtime errors cause the software not to run.
  • The customer will not be refunded if one thinks that the software does not meet the need desired. Warrants for the software are included in the license and hence it is the whole duty of the customer to read the license agreement before purchasing the software.
